STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
3 lg. bell peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Clean pepper, remove seeds. Heat 2 cups water and 3/4 teaspoon salt. Let boil; add peppers. Cook 5 minutes and drain. Mix ingredients and stuff each pepper with 1/3 mixture. Stand peppers upright in ungreased baking dish. Bake 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
