SPINACH & ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
2 (16 oz.) bags frozen spinach 1 med. onion 1 can artichoke hearts 3/4 c. sour cream 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 stick butter Boil spinach until tender; drain. Chop onion and fry off. Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
