CHOCOLATE PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. flour or 1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook first eight ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick. Add vanilla, stir and pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue, following the Lemon Pie recipe above. You may want to put chocolate sprinkles on top.
