FAT FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Spray a 9-inch baking pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. Karo syrup

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix together wet ingredients and stir dry ingredients until well blended. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Makes 1 (9-inch) cake.
