HAMBURGER & RICE CASSEROLE 
1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/2 of 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/3 c. plain bread crumbs
1 c. minute rice
1 block grated cheese, Cheddar

Combine ingredients, except rice and cheese. Mix all other ingredients and spread on bottom and sides of 2 quart casserole dish. Pour 1 cup minute rice and the rest of the tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water. Stir to mix rice, water and tomato sauce together. Add grated cheese to top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
