SAUSAGE-HAMBURGER-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. bell pepper
1 lg. onion
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 can water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
1/2 c. grated cheese

Sear sausage and meat in frying pan to melt excess fat. Dip meat into 3-quart Pyrex baking dish (9x13x2 inch). Add all other ingredients and stir. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees covered with foil. Add cheese and melt on top before serving.
