1 c. butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cocoa
Some vanilla
Little milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream together butter and cocoa. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, flour, salt, and nuts. Grease pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch rectangular pan. Stir frosting to likened consistency. Add to brownies as soon as they come out of the oven. Let cool.
