EASY OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in a shallow baking pan in oven. Wash and dry chicken.

Put flour, pepper, and paprika in paper bag; drop chicken in bag and shake to coat. Arrange floured chicken, skin side down, in baking pan.

Bake 45 minutes, turn skin side up, continue baking 15 minutes. Low-sodium recipe.
