1 chicken, cut up
1 stick butter
1 pkg. potato chips

Crush potato chips. Roll chicken in butter and then in crushed chips. Line pan with foil and lay chicken in pan. Do not stack and do not cover. Cook for 1 hour at 325°F. Do not turn.
