3 - 4 lb. cut up broiler
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tbsp. paprika
1 level tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Clean chicken in cold salt water. Drain in strainer. Melt butter in 9 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Put baking mix, pepper and paprika in bag; add chicken and shake to coat. Place skin side down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes more or until done.
