SIX WEEKS MUFFIN MIX | |
1 c. cooking oil 3 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 qt. buttermilk 5 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran Combine all ingredients. Batter may be kept in refrigerator up to six weeks. Spoon out amount desired into muffin pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees. |
