HELOISE'S FABULOUS FUDGE | |
4 1/2 c. sugar 1 lg. can evaporated milk 8 oz. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. butter 3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips 2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla In large heavy saucepan, put sugar and evaporated milk. Bring slowly to a rolling boil. Let boil no longer than 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread into a large ungreased pan. When cool, cut into squares. Makes lots of fudge for gift giving. |
