1 lb. Velveeta
1 lb. butter
4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla

Melt butter, then melt Velveeta. Add rest of the ingredients. Remove from heat and stir until well mixed. Pour on wax paper and let cool. Wonderfully creamy!
