TUNA STUFFED POTATOES 
2 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. tomato (chopped)
1 c. Swiss cheese (grated)
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can tuna
1/4 tsp. dill
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt

Bake potatoes at 425 degrees F. for 1 hour. Cut lengthwise, scoop out, saving shell. Mash potato pulp, add tuna, 2/3 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon into potato shell, top with remaining mayonnaise, sprinkle on remaining cheese. Broil 5-10 minutes. Serves 4.
