STRING BEAN SALAD 
2 cans cut string beans
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. your favorite oil
2 fresh garlic buds, crushed
1 tbsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Open canned string beans and drain water. Rinse beans in cold water. Drain water off beans and place in serving bowl. Add vinegar, oil, crushed garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
