MY FAVORITE SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground round
2 lg. onions
2 lg. bell peppers
2 jars sliced mushrooms
4 lg. cans tomato sauce
4 lg. cans tomato paste
3 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. Italian seasoning
3 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Lightly brown meat, drain. Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix these with all other ingredients in a large saucepan. Simmer on low heat for 3 hours. Freezes well.
