ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten

Combine and cream first 4 ingredients. Combine dry ingredients and mix well: 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts or 1 c. raisins

Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until fluffy and frost cake.

Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar; add hot water to make it runny and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Prick cake and pour glaze over cake.
