ZUCCHINI BARS-CAKE 
Mix together:

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift and add:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix well. Bake in greased jelly roll pan for 30 minutes or 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

4 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Sprinkle with chopped nuts over all

Cream: cheese, butter and add sugar and vanilla - beat. I use 8 ounces cream cheese, 2 cups powdered sugar or more, 1/4 cup butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
