SPANISH CORN 
2 c. canned corn
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar

Mix together and add 1 beaten egg and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Add 1/2 cup milk and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake 25 minutes in moderate oven.
