4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
4 medium baking potatoes, halved lengthwise

Combine butter, garlic and Tabasco sauce. Brush potatoes with mixture. Place cut side down on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 45 minutes.
