SHAKE N' BAKE POTATOES 
6 medium potatoes
2 pkgs. crispy Shake n' Bake

SUGGESTED SEASONINGS (TO TASTE):

onion powder
garlic powder
freshly ground pepper
paprika, etc.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Slice up potatoes into bite size pieces, leave skin on.

Place potatoes into Shake n' Bake mixture in bag -- shake them all up until all coated.

Put potatoes into a casserole dish or baking pan, spread out evenly. Season to taste, if desired. Cover pan with foil and slit some air holes into the foil.

Bake, covered, at 400°F for at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Enjoy!

P.S. You can jazz them up after they are out of oven and cooled down with some of your favorite toppings such as dairy sour cream, melted cheese, etc.
