ROUND STEAK DIVINE 
2 (1 1/2 lbs.) round steaks, cut in strips
1 1/2 tsp. oil
2 sliced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, cooked
1/2 c. dry sherry (optional)
1/2 c. water

Fry strips of steak in oil. Add onions, mushrooms and can of mushroom soup, dry sherry, and water. Cook 1 1/2 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or cooked rice.
