CURRIED SPAGHETTI 
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. curry powder
3 1/2 c. chicken broth
8 oz. spaghetti, broken
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 sm. can pimento, drained
1 sm. can sliced ripe olives

In large casserole, saute onion in butter until soft. Add curry and chicken broth and bring to boil. Add uncooked spaghetti slowly, so broth continues to boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir in green pepper, pimento and olives. Simmer about 5 minutes longer uncovered until liquid is absorbed. Excellent side dish to replace potatoes!
