GINGER FRUIT 
2 c. mixed fruit, lite or 1 can sliced peaches
2 bananas
1/4 c. honey
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. candied ginger

Cut candied ginger into small pieces. Combine cream, honey and ginger. Chill. To serve peel bananas and run fork down sides leaving ridges. Slice bananas diagonally. Mix with fruit in serving dish. Pour chilled ginger sauce over fruit. Makes 6 servings.
