LIME AND GINGER SALAD 
1 c. water
1 pkg. lime gelatin
20 oz. can pineapple chunks or sliced peaches, drained
1/2 c. juice from drained pineapple or peaches
1/2 c. ginger ale

Boil the water in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat. Shake the lime gelatin over the water and stir until dissolved. Add canned fruit juice, ginger ale, and canned fruit. Stir gently. Pour into a Jello mold or bowl or into 4 individual dessert glasses. Chill in the refrigerator 2 hours.
