BACON, LETTUCE AND TOMATO DIP | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. Ranch salad dressing 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced (about 3/4 c.) 6 bacon slices, crisply cooked, drained and chopped 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1 tsp. sugar lettuce leaves Place cream cheese in bowl and gradually stir in dressing. Mix well. Remove seed from tomato and dice. Chop bacon, celery and onion. Add tomato, bacon, celery, onion and sugar to cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to allow flavors to blend. Line bowl with lettuce leaves. Fill with dip and garnish with chopped tomato. Serve with Wheat Thins or Triscuits. |
