GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. low fat milk
1/2 c. granulated sugar replacement
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. crushed graham crackers (12 - 2 1/2 inch squares)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine egg, vanilla, milk and sugar replacement. Combine baking powder with graham crackers; stir in butter. Add to first mixture. Pour into greased 9 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. 16 servings - 73 calories per serving.
