HAM MEATBALLS | |
MEATBALLS: 2 lbs. ham loaf 1/2 c. milk 1 c. soda crackers 2 eggs 1/8 tsp. pepper SAUCE: 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. dry mustard Mix all ingredients for meatballs until well blended. Form into balls and place in 9"x13" baking dish. Mix all ingredients for sauce well and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn once during baking. |
