COOKIE-N-CREAM PIE 
1 pt. vanilla or chocolate chip ice cream
1/2 to 1 c. Oreo cookies, broken into bite-size pieces (or more Oreos to your preference)
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 (9") Oreo crust (chocolate cookie crust)

Place ice cream in bowl and stir until smooth, fold in Cool Whip and cookie pieces. Freeze mixture until mixture will mound (if necessary). Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with chocolate curls.
