CHINESE STIR FRY
MEAT:

Cut up chicken, pork or beef into bite size pieces. Put it in a bowl and marinade in soy sauce (just enough soy sauce to get all the meat wet). Let sit for a few minutes.

VEGETABLES:

Use broccoli, onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots or any other vegetable.

HOW TO COOK:

In a large frying pan, heat up oil to high temperature. Put meat into the soil and stir fry until it's cooked. Remove meat from pan and set aside.

Add more oil to the pan. When it gets hot, stir fry the vegetables a few minutes. Do not overcook. Leave them slightly crunchy. Then combine meat and vegetables and add in a little water and a little more soy sauce.

Add in a cornstarch paste made from stirring in 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with cold water. Stir paste with your finger. Combine all ingredients and add water to get desired consistency. Serve over white rice.
