CHEDDAR SAUSAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot (spicy) sausage
3 c. biscuit mix

Melt grated cheese. Add sausage and mix well. Add biscuit mix, one cup at a time, mixing well among additions. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet with waxed paper. Freeze. Place in container and keep frozen until ready to use. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
