SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. spicy sausage
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 to 4 slices of bread

Saute sausage. Drain on paper towel. Grease 10 inch baking dish. Break bread into squares and cover bottom of dish. Add sausage and most of cheese (saving part to cover top).

Beat eggs with milk. Pour over sausage. Top with cheese. Store in refrigerator overnight. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
