HOT SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. spicy hot bulk sausage
1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lg. box Velveeta cheese, cubed

Brown meats with onion, crumbling meat as it cooks. Strain fat. Add soup, tomatoes and cheese to meat mixture and cook until cheese melts. Serve with corn chips.
