HOT SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. bulk sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. bulk mild hot sausage
1 c. green pepper, sliced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 clove minced garlic
2 sm. cans sliced mushrooms
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Nacho chips

Brown sausage, green pepper, onion and garlic. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened. Place in a serving bowl and use nacho chips for dipping.
