1 lb. roll of hot sausage
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar
3 c. Bisquick mix

Mix with hands. Roll into little balls. Put on cookie sheet and freeze until solid.

Store in bag in freezer until needed. Bake (any amount needed) frozen at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

Makes about 86 balls.
