HOT SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. roll of hot-flavored pork sausage
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. biscuit mix

Mix with hands. Make into small balls about the size of a marble, place on cookie sheets and freeze. When solid, transfer to plastic freezer sacks. When needed, remove only the amount you want, bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Do not thaw before baking.
