HOT SAUSAGE BALLS 
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. red hot Bob Evans sausage

Mix until dough is formed:

1/2 c. cold water
2 c. Bisquick

Then add the sausage and grated cheese to dough. Mix well with hands, form into balls. Should make 70-80 balls. Put in pan and bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees (until brown on top).
