HOT SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
1 lb. hot sausage (mild if desired)
Fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
5 hot Italian peppers (bell peppers if you want milder dish)
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes

Brown sausage with garlic (added a little oil so it won't stick if you desire). Drain; add pepper after they have been sliced, cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes. Add mushrooms, whole or sliced. Let simmer 45 minutes.
