This is just as good with orange juice or pineapple juice as with grapefruit juices.

1/3 c. frozen strawberries, unsweetened
1 c. grapefruit juice, unsweetened
1 1/2 c. club soda

Blend strawberries and fruit juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into pitcher. Pour club soda slowly down the side of pitcher and stir gently. Serve over crushed ice. Serves 3.
