GOLDEN FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. whipping cream

Melt butter in a saucepan, add the juices and sugar. Heat until sugars are dissolved. Add beaten egg yolks. Return to heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and beat well. Cool and store in refrigerator. Before using, fold in whipped cream. Serve with all fresh fruits.
