FINGER LICKING BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
2 (1 qt.) cans tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
Lemon squeezed & sliced (or lemon juice)
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
4 oz. concentrated orange juice
3 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. A-1 Steak Sauce
1/2 c. ketchup (Heinz)
1 tbsp. cornstarch (opt.)
1/2 c. Heinz 57 Steak Sauce
4 tbsp. mustard
Garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste

Select 6 quart boiler for making sauce. Combine all ingredients except mustard in boiler and bring to boil. After sauce begins to boil, add mustard. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Put sauce on meat after meat gets done, but before taking meat off grill. Let meat simmer 20 minutes after applying sauce to both sides. Apply sauce again when ready to serve. Remove lemon peelings before storing unused sauce. Makes 1 gallon.
