1 cup water
1/2 cup Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce (must use this brand)
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard (must use this brand)
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. granulated onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt w/parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 Mandarin orange wedge (1 small piece)
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp. sugar

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Closest replication of nationally known steak sauce I've been able to make.

I think you are "right on the money" with this. I could tell there had to be raisins... Never thought of the Mandarin Orange small piece... or the exact name brands.

Couple of the items are now on my grocery list. Have to try. Thanks for submitting. Hope you have other great recipes to submit...
