FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
Fettucini noodles for 2 people
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
8 oz. whipping cream
Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)

Cook noodles and set aside, keeping warm. Melt butter in pan and add milk. Stir and reduce until butter is well blended and it is slightly thickened. Add cheese and stir to slightly melt the cheese. Fold in noodles. Serve with extra cheese on top. Yield 2 large or 3 small servings.
