CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. ground chuck or turkey
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, undrained

Cook and stir meat, onion and garlic in 3 quart saucepan until meat is browned; drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally 1 hour. Stir in beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally until desired consistency. Add water if necessary.
