CHILI 
3 lb. ground lean meat
1 1/2 chopped onions
2-3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
16 oz. tomatoes
12 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/4 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 to 1 tbsp. ground
Red chili
1 sq. Baker chocolate or 1 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 can beer
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 pt. water, as needed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 peppers, if you have them

In large pot brown meat and onions in pot. Add tomatoes and sauce (either chopped can tomatoes real fine or break up with spoon and blend. Add remainder of ingredients in no particular order, cook uncovered over low heat, stirring often, and drinking beer, for at least 4 hours.

The longer it cooks, the more beer you drink the more beer you drink, the better it will taste. This should yield about 10 servings.
