CINCINNATI CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger (don't brown)
1 qt. water
2 onions

Simmer 30 minutes. Add:

2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp. allspice
1/4 tbsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp. ground cloves
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
2 shots Tabasco

Serve with cheese, onions and beans or use as spaghetti sauce.
