CHESAPEAKE BAY CRAB IMPERIAL 
2 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 drops hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Paprika

Remove any shell or cartilage from crab meat. Combine mayonnaise, pimento, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce. Pour over crab meat and mix lightly. Place in 6 well-greased individual shells or 6 oz. custard cups. Top each with a teaspoon of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Makes 6 servings.
