MARYLAND IMPERIAL CRAB 
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 green pepper, chopped and partially cooked in butter
1 pimento, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Fill shells or small dishes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes or until golden.
