FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup butter or 1 stick butter
2 cans coconut
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
2 unbaked pie shells

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour, buttermilk, vanilla, and coconut. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shells.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
