COCONUT PINEAPPLE PIE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
2 (8 inch) pie shells
2/3 c. melted butter

Mix together eggs, butter and sugar. Add coconut and pineapple. Pour into 2 prepared pastry shells. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Turn oven off and leave pies in oven until the oven has cooled.
